Race Car Radios is owned and operated by a team of active club racers, built from first-hand experience of the challenges faced at grassroots and competitive levels of motorsport.

 

Frustrated by the lack of cost-effective yet professional pit-to-car communication solutions, the founders developed their own systems to meet the demands of real race environments. Formed in 2020 as part of Forty40 Racing, Race Car Radios quickly became a trusted supplier to teams across multiple UK racing series.

In 2022, the company evolved into an independent operation, supplying simple-to-use, high-quality and affordable radio kits to racers across the UK and Europe.

Today, Race Car Radios forms part of the wider Hyper Motorsport group, aligning with Hyper’s mission to deliver complete, race-proven solutions both on and off the circuit. Through active trackside use within Hyper Motorsport’s own race programme, our systems continue to be tested, refined and validated in competition — ensuring reliability, clarity and performance when it matters most.
